Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — if time allows. We do accept walk-ins when we have availability, but we primarily operate by appointment to ensure quality service. Booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot.
How do I make an appointment?
You can download the Vagaro app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to easily schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments up to 6 hours before your appointment time.

Why is there a no-show or cancellation fee?
Your time is valuable — and so is ours. When a client doesn’t show up or cancels last-minute, it’s difficult to fill that spot on short notice. The no-show and late cancellation fees help cover lost time and ensure fairness to everyone. We kindly ask that clients cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before their appointment to avoid fees.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
We understand that delays happen! However, being late can throw off the schedule for the rest of the day. Example: If you're 15 minutes late to a 30-minute appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to respect the time of other clients and keep the day running smoothly.
How can I avoid fees or schedule issues?
The best way to avoid fees is to confirm your appointment by responding to the automatic notification sent by Vagaro.
You can also cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling, texting, or emailing us at least 6 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel outside of business hours, please email us at Stubble.groomingstudio@gmail.com and include your full name, phone number, and your barber’s name so we can update your appointment accordingly.
Should I keep Vagaro notifications turned on?
Yes! If you opt out of notifications in your Vagaro app or account settings, you will not receive appointment reminders or confirmations, which can lead to missed appointments and potential fees.
Stubble Grooming Studio will never spam you with marketing messages. We only send notifications related to appointments or emergencies, such as unexpected closures.
Can I transfer my appointment to someone else?
Yes! You’re welcome to transfer your appointment to someone else — just please let us know ahead of time.
Call, text, or email us to confirm the name of the person taking your spot. If it's outside of business hours, please email us with your name, phone number, and barber’s name, along with the name of the person attending.
